I want my Xbox one! - Xbox one


I have recently ordered an xbox one from MS Store online on the 8th of November. The package was delivered to the wrong address, then sent to another address. I was contacted by UPS escalations department and advised that they had found it and would be collecting and redelivering to myself. Great, so ive waited. No xbox one, I have contacted UPS this morning to be told by them that they had the parcel and tried to deliver it to an address but there was nobody home to sign for it......It wasnt even my address. I was then told that it was returned to the depot and has since been lost?!
I contacted Microsoft regarding this and have been lead in circles. They have told me that there are no managers to speak to? and that i have to wait until the case is closed on the 24th.

UPS escalations have just been back in contact with me and they have informed me that most of what i have been told is a lie because they never managed to retrieve it from the second place it was delivered to. They have also told me that if it is located now that it will be returned to Microsoft and wont be coming to me anyway.

I have been told that i now only contact MS as it is no longer UPS that will be dealing with it.
As you can imagine i am very angry and upset with this, as a customer it is not my fault. All i am being told is that i need to wait and im afraid that is not good enough.

I would not recommend ordering from MS Store because if something goes wrong they are not helpful, they repeat over and over that you have to wait, there is nobody to complain to and that there are no managers.

I was also contacted on Monday by someone at MS asking me if i had bought a replacement...when i said no she said "oh ok" and hung up. Please stay clear.
